Ontario Vital Certificates
Birth, marriage and death certificates are official documents issued by ServiceOntario, through the Office of the Registrar General, for events registered in Ontario. They are commonly required for passports, a Social Insurance Number, a driver’s license, estate and pension matters, insurance claims, name changes and many other everyday processes.
Many people find the request process unclear, especially when ordering on behalf of a child, a relative, an estate or as an authorized representative.
Our role is to help you prepare and submit your request correctly, with your authorization, so the information reaches ServiceOntario complete and error-free.
