This Legal Notice regulates access to and use of the website apply-assist.ca (the “Website”), operated by Apliko Consulting OÜ, a company registered in Estonia with registry code 17488922 and having its registered office at Sepapaja tn 6, Tallinn 15551, Estonia (“Apply-Assist”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing and using this Website, you agree to comply with the provisions of this Legal Notice.
1. Ownership of the Website
The domain apply-assist.ca and all content published on it (including text, graphics, images, logos, trademarks, and other material) are the exclusive property of Apliko Consulting OÜ or are used under license. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or exploitation of any content is strictly prohibited.
2. Purpose of the Website
The Website provides information about and access to private administrative assistance services for individuals seeking help with applications and related processes for Canadian government programs, specifically the Social Insurance Number (SIN) and the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP).
For these assistance services, we charge a service fee. The fee is for our private administrative assistance only and does not include any government application fee, as the government applications themselves are free of charge.
Apply-Assist is an independent and privately operated service provider. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Government of Canada, Service Canada, Health Canada, the Canada Revenue Agency, or any other governmental authority. Users may choose to submit their applications directly through official government channels at canada.ca without using our services and without paying our service fee.
3. Service Availability
As a matter of our own service policy, we currently provide assistance only to Canadian citizens and permanent residents who reside in provinces other than Quebec. We do not provide assistance to temporary residents (work permit holders, study permit holders, or visitors). For SIN applications, we assist only with applications for yourself or, where you are the legal guardian of a minor, on behalf of that minor. Eligibility for the SIN, the CDCP, and any other government program is determined solely by the relevant government authorities; the limitations above reflect the scope of the assistance we choose to offer and not a determination of program eligibility.
4. Use of the Website
Users agree to use the Website lawfully, ethically, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. In particular, users agree not to:
- Engage in activities that could damage, disable, overload, or impair the Website or interfere with other users’ access;
- Use the Website for fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful purposes;
- Provide false, incomplete, or inaccurate information when applying for our services;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to restricted areas of the Website, our systems, or servers.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apply-Assist shall not be liable for:
- Temporary interruptions, technical errors, or unavailability of the Website;
- Any decisions, actions, delays, rejections, or outcomes determined by Canadian government authorities or third parties in connection with user applications;
- Any damages or losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the user;
- Any damages or losses arising from improper, unlawful, or unauthorized use of the Website by users;
- The content, availability, or accuracy of third-party websites that may be linked from the Website.
Nothing in this Legal Notice limits or excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including under the consumer protection legislation of the user’s province or territory of residence.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights relating to the Website and its contents are owned by Apliko Consulting OÜ or their respective rights holders. Users may view, download, and print content from the Website solely for personal and non-commercial use. Any other use is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

Personal data provided by users through the Website is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, transfer, and protect personal information. We process personal data in accordance with the Canadian Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, where applicable, with the principles of the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). 8. Tax Information
Apliko Consulting OÜ is registered for Canadian GST/HST under the simplified regime for non-resident digital economy businesses. The GST/HST applicable to our services is included in the prices displayed and is itemized on the receipt issued for each purchase. Our GST/HST registration number is 77730 2779 RT 9999.
9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This Legal Notice and any disputes arising from the use of the Website or our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
The courts of the Province of Ontario shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website or our services.
Notwithstanding the above, mandatory consumer protection laws of the customer’s province or territory of residence within Canada shall apply where they provide greater protection than this Legal Notice.
